The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a vital training program that teaches you how to respond quickly and effectively in medical emergencies—both in everyday life and in diving situations. This course is also a mandatory requirement for the Rescue Diver course.
No prior experience is needed. The training is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to follow, making it suitable for everyone.
You’ll learn a combination of primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid) skills, including how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, manage injuries, provide care for shock, and handle a variety of real-life scenarios.
The course includes hands-on practice, allowing you to build confidence through realistic situations guided by our professional instructors. Everything is taught in a relaxed and supportive environment, so you feel comfortable learning at your own pace.
EFR training is internationally recognized and valuable not only for divers but for anyone who wants to be prepared to help others in an emergency.
All our courses include refreshments, hot drinks (coffee & tea), and cold drinking water, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable learning experience.
Whether you’re planning to continue your diving education or simply want to gain important life skills, the EFR course is an essential and empowering step.
